Notes

As an additional account management tool, Liftoff supports notes. This is an excellent place to keep track of communication between you and your account client. To add a new note, click the Add Note button. This provides you with a few fields of information to fill out.

Expanding the note body text box for easier entry

To expand the text box, simply click and drag from the bottom right hand corner of the box. This method works on any textbox anywhere in Liftoff!
