All of the following tools and settings can be found by navigating to Website > Email / Contact. Every available method for a customer to contact your account can be found here.

Whenever you make any changes in these tabs, click the blue Save Changes button at the bottom of the page!
To begin, you'll need to provide the main "from" address and "reply-to" name for outgoing emails from this account.
Every email contains the main site logo image you set in the images area. If you like, you can use the *Customer Email Logo box, as shown above, to override that image and use a custom email-only logo in its place.
Each of the fields above allows for as many email addresses as you need. The email generated to Order Notification Recipients is different than the one sent to the customer when they place an order; if you need to see both, simply tick the box in the Customer Order Emails area.
A note on custom domains and email
Are you using your own domain, rather than "yoursite.liftoff.shop"? If so, you'll want to add the following SPF record wherever your domain is hosted:
v=spf1 include:_spf.smtp.com ~all
An SPF record helps prevent delays and rejections when the Liftoff system sends emails on your behalf.
Creating an SPF record is similar to creating a DNS record. For more on this, check out our article on Domains and SSL management.
The information you enter into this form will be visible in various locations throughout your site. The phone number will appear formatted exactly as you enter it here (i.e. with or without dashes, parentheses, etc).
When you enter the ZIP or postal code for your address, Liftoff will attempt to automatically fill in the City, State, Province, etc. If the values it finds aren't correct, you may click the pencil icon and enter whatever values you need.
Enter the full URL for your social media pages in these fields. At this time, Liftoff accommodates only those social media providers pictured above.
