Error logs provide a convenient listing of any errors that occur on your site, including problems that may arise with integration, your payment gateway, and Pageflex.
By default, errors are displayed in descending order, with the most recent at the top of the list. Like all other lists within Liftoff, these can be filtered, sorted, or changed to fit your needs.
At a glance, you can view the error type, when it occurred, and any available specifics. For more detailed information, click the View button.
Within the error logs is a tab for "Notifications". When an error is encountered, Liftoff can trigger an email alert to any recipient you like; this Notifications tool is where you specify those recipients.
To have alerts sent for just a single account (site), you'll want to provide email addresses in the Account Level Recipients area.
To configure notifications for errors across all of your accounts, regardless of which one may have generated the error, you'll enter email addresses in the Subscriber Level Recipients area.
