Account listing

When first logging into Liftoff, most administrative users will land on this page. This is where you can add new accounts or modify existing ones.

You can always return to this area by navigating to All Accounts > Account Listing. You may also link directly there by clicking here.

Adding new accounts

To add a new account, click the Add Account button. You will be presented with several fields.

Account Name

Required

This is the name of the account. This is how it will be displayed within Liftoff.

Account Code / Domain Name

Required

This will be the domain name (if not using a custom domain). Important! This code cannot be changed later. Please be careful!

Email

Required

This is the email address of the account owner.

Country

Required

This is the country in which this account resides. By default, United States is selected. Choosing any other country will add it automatically as being a country you support and ship to.

Address

Required

This is the address associated with this account. Your fields may vary based on which country you have selected. If it is a country that supports address validation, such as the US, simply enter your ZIP code to autofill the city & state.

Phone

Required

This is the phone number associated with this account.

If you enter a ZIP/postal code and the displayed city is incorrect:

If your city is incorrect, it could be that there are multiple cities within that ZIP / postal code. You can manually enter the name of city by clicking the pencil icon located to the right of the City field.

Once your account has been created, you should provide additional information. This information is accessible by using the Manage button.

Modifying accounts

Any time you wish to modify or manage an account, click the Manage button.
