Managing Locations

If an account has multiple locations, they can be added and modified here.

The **Locations** tab in the Account Details view allows you to add a new location, as well as edit or delete existing locations.The **Locations** tab in the Account Details view allows you to add a new location, as well as edit or delete existing locations.

Adding Locations

To add a new location, click the Add Location button.

This is the name of the additional location.

Location Type

Required

Use the dropdown box to select the type of location from a pre-defined list.

Email

Country

Required

This is the country in which this account location resides. By default, United States is selected.

Address

Required

This is the address associated with this account location. Your fields may vary based on which country you have selected. If it is a country that supports address validation, such as the US, simply enter your Zip Code to autofill the city & state.

Phone

After entering my ZIP/postal code, the displayed city is incorrect!

If your city is incorrect, it could be that there are multiple cities within that postal code. You may manually enter the name of city as it should be by clicking the pencil icon located to the right of the City field.
