Record management from within My Liftoff begins at the Record Types and Records listing, which may be reached by navigating to Website > Records (https://my.liftoff.shop/records). This view lists all existing record types for your site, as well as the counting the number of records in each set.
There are two ways to add a record to the set of records for an existing record type. The first is to click the Add button for the record type in the Record Types and Records listing (above). The second is to view the list of records for a specific record type by clicking the List button in the Record Types and Records view for the desired record type, and then clicking the Add Record button in the resulting view (below).
You will be presented with a screen listing all of the record fields defined for the selected record type. Apply your data as desired, and click Save & Create to finish adding your new record.
To edit an individual record, view the record list for the selected record type, and click the Edit button corresponding to the record you wish to edit. You will have the opportunity to edit all fields defined for the record's type. Click Save & Update to confirm your changes.
To delete an individual record, view the record list for the selected record type, and click the Delete button corresponding to the record you wish to delete.
